I am unable to find how to add or edit the fileds such as "On Hand", "On Order", "Allocated" for the inventory.

You create an Item Receipt after receiving items in your warehouse.System increases amount of the arrived product. If you sell products you create an invoice and increase amount of sold product. The "On hold" is the arrived quantity minus the sold amount. When you create a sales order you increase "allocated" amount of product. The "available" amount is "on hold" minus "allocated".

On hand Allocated Available
