I would like to know if your inventory software track returned merchandise. Our company has a high volume of inventory returns for warranties, etc?
You can use the row "RMA tickets".Create a new RMA ticket and select a customer and set status=Issued
If customer has returned items click on the button "New Transaction_Returned from Customer". You'll
see a new return invoice. Enter the returned items with negative quntities and save invoice. Set
status "Returned from customer"
If you've replaced items add a new transaction "Returned to Customer" and fill out the invoice with new
items. Change status on "Returned to customer". Set status=Closed
The RMA ticket has status and links on the invoices and receiving
receipts for each return incident. You can track any actions
connected with item return.
