How does the barcode feature work for product, can you automatically place a Purchase order using the barcode?

You can use any bar code reader that is translated and entered directly into the keyboard buffer as regular text. Create a new Purchase order and set focus on the detail section. Scan bar code labels. Program will find an appropriate item in the Item table and enter item information in the Purchase order.
