If I do Purchase order using the program's form how to receive the items in your inventory software?

Our software has the function for connection receiving with purchase orders.Select the row Receiving and create a new Item receipt. Click on the button "POrder No." and select the appropriate Purchase Order from the drop down list. Inventory software fills out the purchase order form. Then, you save this Item receipt and increase the on hand amount of your products.
