- AI (Premium, opt-in — off until the company consents): an assistant that answers questions about the company's own data through the same permissions the user has, with personal contact and payment details stripped before anything reaches the model; it may PROPOSE drafts (purchase order, transfer, document, reorder level) that a human confirms, and can never approve, pay, cancel or delete; bring-your-own provider key supported, chat history optional, full export and erasure available
- Forecasting and simulation (Premium): demand rate, projected stockout date and order quantity computed from the company's own sales history with a confidence label; what-if scenarios for supplier delay, postponed purchase orders, cost changes, promotions and today's urgent orders — each answer shows its formula and inputs, and reports insufficient history instead of extrapolating
- Wholesale fulfillment (Business; AI parts Premium): promised dates and priorities, hard per-warehouse stock reservations, available-to-promise, an allocation engine that evaluates every warehouse combination against distance, split, late-risk and pick effort, bins and offline-capable pick tasks in walk order, outbound shipments with carrier tracking, and a control tower with per-order stage, ETA chain and risk
