Normalize Post — Linkedin Assistant

Overview

Normalize Post removes AI-generated markers from text — non-standard Unicode symbols, mathematical letters, robotic phrasing — making content sound human-written. It also rewrites text in seven professional tones using LLM.

Works with: LinkedIn posts, Twitter/X threads, emails, essays, and any long-form writing.

Install as an App (PWA)

Normalize Post is a PWA — install it for a home screen icon and full-screen experience.

Android (Chrome) — tap ⋮ → Add to Home Screen, or click the ⬇ Install button in the app header.

iOS (Safari) — tap the Share button (□↑) → Add to Home Screen → Add. Use Safari, not Chrome.

Desktop (Chrome / Edge) — click the ⬇ Install button in the header, or use the install icon in the browser address bar.

Uninstall

Account & Guest Mode

Sign in via Google (one-click) or Email / Password. Email registration requires inbox confirmation before the first sign-in.

Without an account you can still use the Keep existed style (symbol removal only) with a 1 200-char limit. LLM styles, file upload, and detection details require sign-in.

Forgot password? Click Sign In → Forgot password? → enter your email → follow the reset link sent to your inbox.

Getting Text into the Editor

Mobile tip: LinkedIn and Indeed apps block text selection. Screenshot the article, tap 📎 From File, select all screenshots at once — OCR fills the editor in a few seconds.

AI Detection

As you type or paste, the app automatically scans for AI-generated markers:

🤖 AI detected — N issues — non-standard Unicode, smart quotes, arrows, emoji typical of AI output.
✅ No AI symbols detected — the text looks clean.

Free plan: shows the issue count only.
Pro: click View details → for the full symbol list with Unicode code points.

Post Styles

Viral Story	Psychological engagement framework — fixed at 4 000 chars

LLM styles require a signed-in account. Guest users see a sign-in prompt when selecting any style other than "Keep existed".

Settings

Output length — max characters in the rewritten output (100–4 000). Free plan cap: 1 200 chars.

Keep formatting — when on, Markdown (bold, italic, lists) is preserved. Turn off for plain-text platforms.

Writing preferences — private instructions sent to the AI on every rewrite (max 400 chars). Examples: "Always write in first person." · "Avoid bullet lists." The AI never reveals these in the output.

Token usage — LLM tokens consumed this period. When the free daily limit is reached, LLM styles are disabled — switch to Keep existed or upgrade.

File Operations

📎 From File (all plans) — extracts text from images (OCR), PDF, TXT, DOCX into the editor. Up to 10 files, 20 MB total.

📄 Upload File (Pro only) — stores .txt / .md files on the server. Each file in the panel supports:

Troubleshooting

Problem	Fix
"Keep existed" makes no change	Text has no detectable AI Unicode symbols — it only removes non-standard characters, not phrasing.
LLM style produces no output	Daily token limit reached. Switch to Keep existed or upgrade to Pro.
Text trimmed unexpectedly	Exceeds plan input limit (Free: 2 000 / Pro: 6 000 chars).
Output shorter than expected	Check Output length in Settings.
File OCR returns garbled text	PDF is scanned (image-only) — upload as image files so OCR is used.
Google sign-in button missing	Wait 2–3 s for the GSI script to load, then reopen the sign-in modal.
Payment shows "declined"	Try a different card or contact your bank — no charge was made.
